Zalaris announces HiBob integration and Reward Strategy Award nominations

Zalaris, a provider of HR and payroll managed services, has announced a new integration with the HR platform HiBob. The certified integration connects HR data from HiBob directly to Zalaris PeopleHub, allowing for automated synchronization of employee data such as new hires, terminations, and profile changes. This connection aims to eliminate manual data entry and ensure local payroll compliance by using country-specific forms to capture necessary legal and banking information.

Separately, Zalaris has been named a finalist for two categories in the 2026 Reward Strategy Awards: ‘Payroll & HR Technology Provider of the Year’ and the ‘Team Excellence Award – Global Payroll’. These nominations recognize the company's technological innovation and the expertise of its global payroll team in managing complex, multi-country environments.
