Nasser Mansi apologizes to Zamalek after controversial celebration

Zamalek SC striker Nasser Mansi has issued a formal apology to the club's management, coaching staff, teammates, and fans following a controversial celebration during a CAF Champions League match against APR FC in Rwanda.

After scoring the winning goal, Mansi threw his jersey onto the pitch, an act that prompted the club to impose a heavy fine and suspend him from group training sessions pending an investigation. Mansi described the incident as a moment of intense emotion and pressure resulting from the victory.

In an effort to stabilize the team, several senior players, including Omar Gaber, Mahmoud Hamdi 'El Wensh', Ahmed Fatouh, and Abdallah El Said, have reportedly acted as mediators to resolve the dispute between the player and the technical staff led by Moataz Gamal. While the club's management considers the final disciplinary measures, Mansi has expressed his acceptance of the penalties and his commitment to focusing on upcoming matches.
