Zana Möhlmann named Diageo World Class 2026 Global Bartender of the Year

Singapore-based bartender Zana Möhlmann has won the Diageo World Class 2026 global title in Edinburgh. Möhlmann, the beverage manager for Manhattan and East47 at Conrad Singapore Orchard, competed against participants from 49 countries.

Originally from the Netherlands, Möhlmann began her career in Amsterdam at Super Lyan before moving to Asia. A 16-member international judging panel, including industry figures such as Ago Perrone, Monica Berg, and Lorenzo Antinori, evaluated the competitors through various challenges.

As the winner, Möhlmann will partner with Diageo to develop a ready-to-drink cocktail for launch in multiple markets next year. Her title also includes an all-expenses-paid trip to the 2027 world finals.
