Zapopan taco shop fire leaves two people injured

A fire at a taco shop in the Nueva España neighborhood of Zapopan left two people injured on Sunday afternoon. The incident occurred around 4:03 PM at the intersection of Agua Fría and Barcelona.

Emergency responders reported that a 55-year-old woman and an unidentified man sustained various burns and were transported to Cruz Verde Federalismo in stable condition. Preliminary reports suggest the fire may have been caused by an LP gas leak while staff were preparing food. Authorities and the Public Ministry are investigating the cause. Firefighters worked to cool the area and remove affected materials, including a pick-up truck and three gas cylinders found at the scene.
