Zara Holland welcomes first child

Zara Holland, a former contestant on the reality television show ‘Love Island’, has announced the birth of her first child. Holland shared via Instagram that her son, Remi Joe Love, was born on October 7, 2026, weighing 8.6 pounds.

Holland revealed that the delivery was via C-section, describing the experience as ‘a little traumatic to say the least’ while noting that she is recovering and getting stronger each day. She expressed gratitude for the support of her family and her husband, Elliot Love, during her recovery.
