Zara Larsson tops Billboard Pop Airplay chart with 'Midnight Sun' replacing herself

Swedish pop star Zara Larsson's title track "Midnight Sun" reached number‑one on Billboard's Pop Airplay chart, overtaking her own previous week’s chart‑topping single "Stateside" with PinkPantheress. This marks the first time an artist has secured their first two number‑ones on the chart in consecutive weeks since the listing began in October 1992.

In addition to the two chart‑leaders, Larsson also has two other songs on the Pop Airplay list – the Tyla collaboration "She Did It Again" and a revived hit of her 2016 single "Lush Life" – underscoring her resurgence on U.S. radio.
