Zavier Gozo transfers from Real Salt Lake to Crystal Palace

Zavier Gozo, a 19-year-old winger, has completed a club-record transfer from Real Salt Lake to English Premier League side Crystal Palace. Born in West Valley and raised in Eagle Mountain, Utah, Gozo becomes the first player from Utah to reach England’s top flight.

Gozo developed through the Real Salt Lake Academy and the MLS Next Pro side Real Monarchs before making his senior debut for RSL at age 16. During the 2026 MLS season, he recorded six goals and five assists in 16 appearances. His performance has positioned him as a key prospect for the United States men’s national team (USMNT) under manager Mauricio Pochettino, with a full national team debut expected during the September international window.
