Zławieś Wielka municipality subsidizes bus routes to Toruń

The Zławieś Wielka local government has secured funding to maintain bus connections between Toruń, Kamieniec, and Zławieś Mała following the decision by private carrier ReloBus to discontinue the lines.

During an extraordinary council session, officials allocated budget funds to cover part of the operating costs. The new arrangement, effective from November 1 through the end of 2026, aims to preserve 15 daily trips in both directions to ensure residents, students, and workers maintain access to essential services.

The schedule includes specific morning and afternoon runs tailored to school and work hours. For example, starting November 2, eight buses will depart from Toruń and seven will travel toward Toruń daily.
