Zaxby's launches limited-edition Alabama White BBQ Sauce with Rob Rausch

Zaxby's introduced its first limited‑edition sauce, Alabama White BBQ Sauce, a small‑batch, mayonnaise‑based offering that blends tangy, peppery flavors from the classic 1925 Alabama recipe created at Big Bob Gibson Bar‑BBQ. The sauce became available nationwide on August 4, sold in‑restaurant, through the Zaxby's app and online, and will not be restocked once supplies run out.

To promote the launch, Zaxby's partnered with Florence, Alabama native and reality‑TV personality Rob Rausch, who has a long history with the chain. Chief Marketing Officer Patrick Schwing said the sauce was developed after testing hundreds of recipes to ensure authenticity for Southern barbecue fans.
