ZAYDER hosts book launch for ‘Mavi’ in Nicosia

The Zeytin Ağacı Eğitim ve Yardımlaşma Derneği (ZAYDER), sponsored by the Gönyeli-Alayköy Municipality, held a promotion and signing event for the book ‘Mavi’ at the Nicosia Open Market Center Hall. Written by poet Şeniz Akşahinler, the event combined literature and music, featuring poetry readings and performances by the Randıman Choir and musician Halil Akansel.

In addition to celebrating the literary work, the event focused on social solidarity. Discussions were held regarding support for Başak Buba, who is traveling to China for medical treatment following an invitation from Zafer Muhtaroğlu. The program included speeches from Gönyeli-Alayköy Mayor Hüseyin Amcaoğlu and ZAYDER President Rabia Özcömert, who emphasized the organization's goal of reaching various segments of society through both social aid and cultural activities.
