Zbigniew Ziobro to return 450,000 PLN donation to foundation

Zbigniew Ziobro, the former Minister of Justice and Prosecutor General, has acknowledged receiving a 450,000 PLN donation to his foundation, Instytut Polski Suwerennej, from businessman Przemysław Kral. Ziobro admitted that the donor was verified “far too superficially” and has pledged to return the funds.

Adam Bielan, a Member of the European Parliament, commented on the situation, stating that while the error should not have occurred, Ziobro has declared his intention to refund the money. The controversy arises as the funds were reportedly intended for legal and media activities aimed at countering the current government.
