Pohlreich described the complex interpersonal and professional dynamic as a ‘marital triangle in action,’ warning that without structural changes, the owner would not recover her investment.

During a stress test where Pohlreich simulated a full house to observe the staff under pressure, the team struggled with service and improvisation. Despite the difficulties and Roman admitting to feeling burnt out, the evaluation concluded with a mix of criticism regarding the service and a promise from Pohlreich to address structural errors.
