ZDF schedules back-to-back episodes of Das Traumschiff on July 9, 2026

On Thursday, July 9, 2026, ZDF will adjust its evening schedule to broadcast two consecutive episodes of the long‑running series Das Traumschiff. The first episode, “Kolumbien”, marks the second appearance of singer Florian Silbereisen as Captain Max Parger and includes a scene where actress Barbara Wussow climbs a rope ladder onto the ship.

The second broadcast will be the 2018 episode “Malediven”, which introduced Wussow as hotel director Hanna Liebhold, succeeding Heide Keller. To fit both shows, the heute journal is reduced from its usual 30‑minute slot to 15 minutes. The programming change comes as ARD will later show the World Cup quarter‑final between France and Morocco.
