Özdilek Holding opens $120 million production complex in Bursa

Özdilek Holding has inaugurated a new production complex in the Textile Dyehouses Specialized Organized Industrial Zone in the Badırga region of Bursa, Turkey. The project represents a $120 million investment, with approximately half of the funds allocated to machinery and production technologies and the other half to building and infrastructure.

The facility spans 106,000 square meters of closed area and is designed to integrate towel weaving, dyeing, and garment production processes. Once operating at full capacity, the complex aims to produce 6,600 tons of towels and bathrobes annually. The company expects the new technological infrastructure to increase production speed by at least 35% and reduce costs by at least 15%.

Emir Murat Özdilek, Chairman and CEO of Özdilek Holding, stated that the investment is intended to improve efficiency rather than just expand capacity. The complex is expected to provide employment for 1,500 people, many of whom will be transferred from the company’s existing production structures in Bursa.
