ZDK government approves stadium funds as Nova Gradiška launches EU cultural project

The Zeničko-dobojski Canton (ZDK) government has approved 600,000 KM for the implementation project of the National Stadium. This funding, alongside contributions from the N/FSBiH, aims to advance the stadium's construction, with the condition that the facility also serves as the home for Football Club Čelik from Zenica. Total annual sports spending in the canton has reached a record 6.6 million KM.

In Croatia, the City Museum Nova Gradiška has launched the ‘Inclusive Inspiration’ project, funded by 78,006.24 euros from the European Union’s European Social Fund Plus (ESF+). The initiative aims to promote the participation of vulnerable groups in cultural activities. As part of the project, the museum held comic book workshops that integrated the traditional ‘bećarac’—a UNESCO-listed intangible cultural heritage—into the comic medium to engage youth and persons with disabilities.
