Zdrofit launches franchise model to expand fitness network

Zdrofit, a fitness network owned by Benefit Systems, is introducing a franchise model to accelerate its expansion, particularly in smaller cities. This move shifts the company's growth strategy beyond its previous reliance on organic development and acquisitions.

Potential partners will operate under the Zdrofit brand and within the MultiSport ecosystem, which serves over 1.9 million users in Poland. The company offers two club formats: standard Zdrofit locations ranging from 800 to 1200 square meters with full training infrastructure and group classes, and Zdrofit Express. The Express format, which recently debuted in Warsaw, features compact, fully automated, and digitally managed spaces of 300 to 500 square meters designed for individual training.

Both formats can operate on a 24/7 basis. Zdrofit currently operates more than 250 clubs across 60 cities, serving over 360,000 customers.
