Zebra Technologies expands India service network with new centres

Zebra Technologies has expanded its service network in India with the opening of two new service centres in Mumbai and Gurgaon. These facilities are intended to support the company’s growing customer base across the western and northern commercial corridors of the country.

Operated by authorized service partner Communications Test Design Inc. (CTDI), the new sites will focus exclusively on the service and repair of Zebra printers and mobile computers. This expansion is designed to complement the company’s existing centralized hub in Bangalore, which remains the master facility handling the full product suite, including barcode scanners, tablets, RFID systems, and machine vision equipment.

Subramaniam Thiruppathi, Country Lead for India and the Subcontinent at Zebra Technologies, stated that India is a critical growth market as enterprises in sectors such as manufacturing, retail, transport, logistics, and healthcare increasingly automate their workflows. The expansion aims to optimize regional service delivery and reduce hardware repair turnaround times.
