Zebra Technologies unveils new 3D and AI solutions for logistics

Zebra Technologies has announced a new suite of 3D and AI-driven solutions designed to accelerate automation in middle-mile logistics operations. The expansion of its industrial vision portfolio includes the NS42 AI sensor, which utilizes deep learning for classification, segmentation, and anomaly detection.

Additional hardware includes the CV70 CXP, a compact dual-link camera for high-speed applications, and Iris GTX cameras. These cameras work alongside Aurora software to identify conveyor blockages in real time. Furthermore, the company is introducing Aurora Vision Guided Robotics (VGR) Studio, a software solution that integrates AI and 3D vision to optimize warehouse workflows and improve asset visibility.
