Zee Music Company enters Gujarati cinema with ‘Tom & Cherry’

Zee Music Company has expanded its regional entertainment strategy by entering the Gujarati cinema market with the film ‘Tom & Cherry’. This project marks the first collaboration between Zee Music Company and Zee Studios in the Gujarati film sector.

Presented by Zee Studios in association with Dhea Filmworks, the film was released worldwide on August 28, 2026. Starring Siddharth Randeria, the production is described as a light-hearted family entertainer. The partnership aims to integrate Zee Music Company’s regional music expertise with Zee Studios’ production and distribution capabilities to reach audiences both within Gujarat and internationally.

Sujal Parekh, Chief Business Officer of Zee Music Company, stated that the move aims to bring music and cinema closer together under the Zee umbrella, noting the importance of emotion and family in Gujarati storytelling.
