Zefiro Methane reports record $42.5 million annual revenue

Zefiro Methane Corp. has announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. The company reported a 31.1% increase in annual revenue, reaching a record $42.5 million, while gross profit rose by 66.0% to $12.4 million. The gross margin improved from 23.0% in fiscal year 2025 to 29.2% in fiscal year 2026.

Operational highlights include the $4.3 million acquisition of Viking Well Service, Inc. assets in May 2026, which added five drilling rigs and increased annual revenue capacity by approximately $10 million. The company also commenced work on a $19.6 million contract from the Ohio Department of Natural Resources for plugging abandoned wells, marking the largest state contract in the company’s history.

Additionally, Zefiro Methane expanded its methane monitoring activities in Pennsylvania and provided a second drilling rig for a major natural gas producer in West Virginia.
