Galatasaray wins 2026 Men's Volleyball Champions Cup

Galatasaray has won the 2026 AXA Sigorta Men's Volleyball Champions Cup, securing their second title in the competition after a seven-year hiatus. In the final held at the Kırıkkale Merkez Yeni Spor Salonu, Galatasaray defeated Ziraat Bankkart with a set score of 3-1 (25-22, 25-21, 19-25, 25-21).

Canadian opposite hitter Stephen Maar was named the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the final. Other key contributors included Efe Mandıracı and Jean Patry. Despite a strong performance from Ziraat Bankkart's Nimir Abdelaziz, who scored 30 points, Galatasaray's defensive discipline and blocking efficiency secured the victory.

The trophy was presented to the team by Minister of Youth and Sports Osman Aşkın Bak and Turkish Volleyball Federation President Mehmet Akif Üstündağ. This victory marks Galatasaray's first major trophy of the season under Italian coach Andrea Gardini.
