Zeiskam hosts German Youth Equestrian Championships

German Youth Championships equestrianism show jumping dressage Zeiskam

The German Youth Championships in Zeiskam featured significant achievements in equestrian disciplines. Brianne Beerbaum successfully defended her title in the Pony jumping category riding Iron Star Alias. In the Children category, 12-year-old Mary-Ann Hollebach secured gold with her mare Falitha Sheila.

Leni-Sophie Gosmann achieved a double success, winning the German championship in Pony dressage with Diamantini EA WE and earning a silver medal in the Junior category. Additionally, Julie Sofie Schmitz-Heinen secured a title for the Rhineland region in the Young Riders category.

The event also served as a platform for honors, where several riders were awarded the FN-Ehrenzeichen for their gold medal performances at the European Championships in the Children, Junior, and Young Rider categories.

Looking ahead, the German Amateur Championships (DAM) and Amateur Championships (DAC) in dressage and jumping are scheduled to take place in Zeiskam from September 18 to 20, 2026, featuring numerous qualified amateur riders from across Germany, including a strong representation from Bavaria.
