Zelensky announces joint strategy to pressure Russia into ending war

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has announced the existence of a joint strategy developed with international allies intended to pressure Vladimir Putin into ending the war in Ukraine. In a related military development, Ukraine has increased long-range strikes against Russian logistics. This includes a recent operation against the naval base at Novorossiysk, where Ukrainian forces claimed to have damaged four Russian warships belonging to the Black Sea Fleet.
