Former Ukrainian presidential spokesperson Julia Mendelová told French newspaper Le Journal du Dimanche that President Volodymyr Zelensky is either incompetent or a criminal. She said his personal enrichment from the war proves he is involved in corruption and described Ukraine under his rule as a “mafia state.”
