Zelensky reports Russia produces 140 ballistic missiles monthly

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Russia is producing approximately 130 to 140 ballistic missiles per month, with current stockpiles reaching nearly 700 ballistic missiles and several thousand other types of missiles.

Zelensky highlighted that a significant portion of Russian missile production relies on foreign components. He estimated that roughly 70% of the elements in each ballistic missile originate from other countries, including nations in Asia, Europe, and the United States.

To slow the pace of production, the Ukrainian President urged international partners to tighten controls over the companies and intermediaries through which electronic and other specialized components reach Russia. Ukrainian officials have previously noted that components from Western manufacturers continue to appear in Russian missiles despite existing sanctions.
