Zendaya visits Danville bookstore to promote Dune sequel and Nolan's Odyssey

Actress Zendaya stopped by Rakestraw Books in Danville, California, where she spoke about literature and chose new reads. While there she posed with copies of the books that are being adapted for her upcoming films – Denis Villeneuve’s Dune: Part Three, scheduled for release on December 18, and Christopher Nolan’s upcoming adaptation of The Odyssey, set for July 17.

The independent store shared a photo on Instagram, captioning, “Thank you, Zendaya, for being so lovely and for your love of books and support of independent bookstores!” The visit highlights Zendaya’s enthusiasm for the projects and her encouragement of local bookstores.

The actress will appear as Athena in Nolan’s The Odyssey and reprises her role in the Dune saga, joining co‑star Timothée Chalamet in the highly anticipated sequel.
