Zendure unveils Agentic HEMS for autonomous home energy management

Zendure has unveiled its vision for Agentic Home Energy Management Systems (HEMS), which it intends to showcase at IFA 2026. Moving beyond simple AI scheduling, the new system is designed to function as an intelligent agent capable of predicting, planning, and acting autonomously to manage complex home energy ecosystems.

The technology relies on a three-layer architecture: the ZenPulse proprietary forecasting model for predicting solar generation, weather, and electricity prices; ZENKI AI Agents to execute decisions regarding savings and safety; and the Zen+OS open platform to connect these functions across the household. The system aims to coordinate interconnected devices such as solar panels, batteries, electric vehicles, and heat pumps to balance cost, comfort, and battery longevity.
