Zenith unveils new Chronomaster and Defy Extreme watch models
Swiss watchmaker Zenith has introduced new models to its collections, focusing on the versatility of its high-frequency El Primero movements and the exploration of unique materials.
The Chronomaster Solo Sport, unveiled at Geneva Watch Days 2026, marks a departure for the Chronomaster line. For the first time, the collection includes a three-hand watch without a chronograph function, though it remains powered by a high-frequency El Primero caliber. Featuring a 40 mm steel case, a unidirectional ceramic bezel, and 20 ATM water resistance, the model is designed for daily versatile use.
Additionally, Zenith expanded its Defy Extreme line with two new editions: Lapis Lazuli II and Ultraviolet. These models utilize the El Primero 9004 automatic chronograph movement. The Lapis Lazuli II features a titanium and carbon case with a lapis lazuli dial, while the Ultraviolet edition uses an all-titanium case to highlight its electric-colored dial.
