Zenity secures $125 million Series C to protect AI agents
Tel Aviv‑based cybersecurity startup Zenity raised $125 million in a Series C round to expand its platform that monitors and controls autonomous AI agents inside corporate systems. The round was led by Norwest with new investors SoftBank Vision Fund 2, Hitachi Ventures and LG Technology Ventures joining existing backers.
Zenity’s technology provides real‑time visibility, posture management and threat detection for AI agents deployed in regulated sectors such as finance, telecoms, healthcare and energy. The company, which has 230 employees, conducts research in Israel and operates from New York, and plans to broaden its footprint across Asia‑Pacific and Europe, citing strong demand in Japan, Korea, Singapore and Australia. CEO Ben Kliger said the funding will accelerate development of controls that prevent agents from deviating from intended purposes.
The financing reflects growing investor interest in securing the emerging “agentic AI” layer beyond traditional model‑level safeguards.
