Zenken Inc. announces HR networking event and beauty industry wage survey

Zenken Inc. has announced several initiatives related to human resources and industry data. The company will host an offline networking event for HR professionals on September 3, 2026, at Azabudai Hills. The event, titled “Maji Jinji Koryukai,” focuses on recruitment branding and how to effectively communicate corporate culture through employee voices to prevent mismatches during the hiring process.

Additionally, Zenken’s beauty industry job site, Bi-Pro, released a July 2026 salary survey for the Tokyo region. The study compared job postings for beauticians, estheticians, nail artists, and eyelash technicians against the local minimum wage of 1,226 yen. The findings indicate that full-time salaries for beauticians average 259,621 yen per month, which is 43,845 yen above the minimum wage, while part-time wages for the same role average 1,427 yen per hour.
