HoYoverse announces Zenless Zone Zero Version 3.3 update
HoYoverse has announced that Version 3.3 of its urban fantasy action RPG, Zenless Zone Zero, titled ‘Journey to the Sky’, will launch on October 21, 2026. The update introduces a new storyline set on the sky island of Roscaelifer, which is currently under lockdown.
Two new S-Rank Agents will be featured in separate phases. Phoenix, a Fire Anomaly Agent from the Krampus Compliance Authority, will debut in the first half. In the second half, players can acquire Severian, a Wind Attack Agent and senior commissioner of New Eridu Public Security. Both characters will be released alongside their signature W-Engines.
A major gameplay addition is the introduction of a mech combat system. This allows players to pilot combat mechs for both melee and ranged attacks to infiltrate enemy bases. The update also includes various themed events, quality-of-life improvements, and character reruns for Velina and Norma.
