Zennio expands home automation systems for smart residences

Zennio is developing integrated domotics solutions for residential buildings, using the KNX platform to coordinate lighting, climate control, blinds and other home elements. The company highlights the ability to create scenes that combine multiple actions—such as turning off lights, adjusting temperature and closing shutters—into a single command, improving daily convenience and reducing energy consumption.

At the same time, a range of affordable smart sensors is being promoted for DIY home automation. Offers include a Philips Hue motion sensor compatible with Alexa and Google Home, a TP‑Link Tapo T100 motion detector, and temperature‑humidity sensors T310 and T315, also from TP‑Link. Prices range from €13.99 to €37.99, and the devices can be controlled via mobile apps and voice assistants, enabling users to automate lighting and climate functions and potentially save energy.
