Omar Hernández Dolores, state coordinator for Maestros por México, has called for an investigation into a suspected financial deficit at the Universidad Popular Autónoma de Veracruz (UPAV). The allegations suggest potential links between the institution's controllers and the previous administration, involving claims of nepotism, contract irregularities, and the misuse of educational resources.
