Zeroth launches Bridge AI-native robot and OpenBridge ecosystem
Suzhou-based technology company Zeroth has announced the launch of Bridge, described as the world’s first AI-native embodied robot. The compact humanoid system stands 88 cm tall and weighs approximately 13 kg. It features bipedal walking capabilities, obstacle avoidance, and arms with a 30-40 cm reach equipped with two-finger grippers.
Alongside the hardware, Zeroth introduced OpenBridge, an open-source ecosystem designed to foster collaborative development in embodied intelligence. The ecosystem includes a Skill Hub, which allows developers to distribute and monetize new robot capabilities. To support developers, Zeroth is providing Software Development Kits (SDKs), open motion-control APIs, and integration for motion-capture and virtual reality (VR) systems to facilitate precise training and control.
The company has also launched the Bridge Builder Program to encourage community participation in the OpenBridge ecosystem, aiming to move robotics toward a collaborative model rather than isolated proprietary systems.
