ZET celebrates 135th anniversary with open house in Zagreb

To celebrate its 135th anniversary, the Zagreb Electric Tram (ZET) is hosting an open house event at the Trešnjevka depot on Saturday, September 12, 2026. The event will run from 9:00 to 19:00 and features various educational and creative activities.

Scheduled programs include workshops, exhibitions, and vehicle models. In collaboration with the Ministry of the Interior, ZET will host panel discussions regarding public transport safety, including topics such as pickpocketing, violent behavior, and rules for transporting pets, bicycles, and strollers. Other sessions will cover traffic etiquette and safe travel on trams and buses.

For visitors, a free museum line (Line 21) will operate using M24 and TMK101 trams, running between Ljubljanica and Savska via the Main Station and Ban Jelačić Square. Entry to the depot is free via the eastern gate at Ozaljska 105.
