Zeta Global to acquire Digital Audience to expand European presence

Zeta Global has agreed to acquire Digital Audience, a data infrastructure company specializing in identity and activation. The acquisition marks Zeta Global’s third data-related deal in two years.

Zeta Global, which describes itself as an “intelligent AI infrastructure company,” intends to use the acquisition to expand its Zeta Data Cloud across the digital ecosystem. The move is specifically aimed at strengthening the company’s presence and enterprise relationships in Europe, a region characterized by strict data regulations and fragmented markets.

While the deal adds a team of data and AI engineers to Zeta, the specific financial terms, including the purchase price and transaction structure, have not been disclosed. Digital Audience is already technically integrated with Zeta Global. The closing date and whether the deal requires regulatory approval remain unannounced.
