Zevenbergschen Hoek approves new multifunctional facility site

The municipal college in Zevenbergschen Hoek has approved the decommissioning of the current De Hoeksteen primary school site. This decision facilitates the transfer of the property from Stichting De Waarden to the municipality.

The land will be used to develop a new multifunctional facility that will house the De Hoeksteen primary school, the De Zevensprong community center, and De Hoeksteen childcare. Following the transfer, the municipality plans to split the new facility into apartment rights via a notary deed, allowing the designated portions to be transferred back to Stichting De Waarden.
