Zezé Di Camargo concert date notation sparks social media debate
Promotional materials for a Zezé Di Camargo concert in Rio Verde, Goiás, have drawn social media attention for listing the event date as ‘12+1 de novembro’ instead of November 13. The unconventional notation sparked speculation regarding political motivations, as the number 13 is associated with the Workers' Party (PT) and President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva.
Alcidon Neto, an organizer from Aê Eventos, clarified that the decision was made by the production company and not by the singer’s team. Neto stated that the choice was a private decision made by him and a partner and noted that the event had been under promotion since April, prior to the current electoral period. While the organizer celebrated the publicity generated by the strategy, he did not provide a specific reason for using the mathematical expression to represent the date.
