Zhana Todorova to remain with Maritsa Plovdiv

Volleyball libero Zhana Todorova has committed to remain with Maritsa Plovdiv through the 2026-2027 season. As a product of the club's academy, Todorova is the most decorated player in the history of the Yellow-and-Blue team.

Her tenure with Maritsa includes ten championship titles, eight Bulgarian Cups, and a Bulgarian Super Cup. She has also played a key role in the club's European successes, participating in the Champions League group stages on seven occasions.

Todorova's career includes a period in Ukraine with SC Prometey Dnipro during the 2021-2022 season, where she won the Ukrainian championship, Cup, and Super Cup. Internationally, she serves as the captain of the Bulgarian national team and has competed in various European and World championships.
