Zhang Linghe denies allegations of charging fans for photo sessions

Actor Zhang Linghe has denied allegations that he or his team organized paid photo sessions with fans. Following reports from bloggers claiming that fans were charged between 40,000 NDT and 95,000 NDT per session, Zhang's legal representatives issued a statement on August 17.

The legal team stated they have been authorized to take legal action to protect the actor's reputation, image rights, and legal interests. They asserted that certain users on Sina Weibo and Douyin have spread false information that negatively impacts Zhang's personal life, career, and family.

Lawyers are currently identifying accounts involved in spreading these claims to pursue civil lawsuits, which will include demands for public apologies and compensation for damages. The statement also cautioned social media users against sharing unverified information.
