Zhang Peimian to Challenge Jonathan Di Bella for ONE Strawweight Kickboxing Title in Bangkok

Chinese striker Zhang Peimian will face reigning ONE Strawweight Kickboxing World Champion Jonathan Di Bella at The Inner Circle 22 on July 17. The bout takes place at the historic Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok and will be streamed live on ONE Championship’s platform.

Their first meeting three and a half years ago ended in a narrow decision loss for Zhang after a decisive head‑kick knockdown by Di Bella. Since then, Zhang, now 22, says he has matured both technically and mentally, while Di Bella, the 29‑year‑old Canadian‑Italian, enters the fight on a 15‑1 record and a three‑fight winning streak. The rematch is billed as a test of Zhang’s growth and a chance to claim the championship he first sought as a teenager.
