Zhang Xue Moto secures core trademarks and advances production base

Chongqing Zhang Xue Moto Industrial Co., Ltd. has officially completed the registration of core trademarks, including “ZXMOTO”, “ZXJC”, and “Zhang Xue Moto”. The registration follows a period where the brand lacked sufficient intellectual property protection, facing attempts by other companies to preemptively register the name in various categories such as lubricants and racing rentals.

In tandem with these legal milestones, the company is advancing its large-scale manufacturing capabilities. A project for a production base with an annual capacity of 500,000 motorcycles has obtained construction land planning permits in Chongqing’s Liangjiang New Area. The facility is expected to begin construction within the year and aims to cover the entire production chain, from core component R&D to final vehicle assembly.

Financially, the company reported 670 million yuan in revenue in 2025 with sales exceeding 25,000 units. Revenue is projected to reach between 2 billion and 2.5 billion yuan in 2026. The company has also received a 150 million yuan exclusive investment from Sequoia China, bringing its post-money valuation to approximately 6 billion yuan.
