Zhengzhou preschool incident involves child found wandering alone

A 4-year-old girl in Zhengzhou, China, was found wandering alone near a road shortly after being dropped off at her preschool. The father, Mr. Wang, reported that he personally saw a teacher escort the child into the school premises at 8:30 AM.

While the father was at a market approximately 2 kilometers away, he received a call from his wife stating that the school had contacted them to ask if the child had arrived. Upon rushing back, he discovered his daughter on the back of an electric scooter driven by a stranger. The woman explained she found the child walking alone near the roadside without adult supervision and picked her up to ensure her safety and help contact the family.

The incident has raised serious concerns regarding school security and how the child managed to exit the school grounds unnoticed.
