Zhongji Xuchuang anticipates material supply improvement and denies 1.6T module price cut
At a July 28 conference, Zhongji Xuchuang said it has secured long‑term contracts, new suppliers, pre‑payments and equity stakes to strengthen its supply chain for optical chips, driver chips, PCBs and passive components. The company expects a phased improvement in material availability in the second half of the year and a noticeable rise in shipment volumes.
The firm also addressed market rumors of a sharp price decline for its 1.6‑terabit optical modules. It stated that its average selling price remains well above the alleged figures, that the industry is not engaged in malicious competition, and that demand stays robust despite material shortages. Only a few manufacturers can meet large‑scale 1.6‑T deliveries. Zhongji Xuchuang maintains competitive pricing while protecting its gross margin. Recent financial data show rapid growth, with FY 2025 revenue projected at ¥38.2 billion and net profit at ¥10.8 billion, and Q1 2026 revenue already up 192% year‑on‑year.
