Poland regional infrastructure and commercial developments expand
Various regional development and infrastructure projects are underway across Poland. In Białobrzegi, construction has begun on the Crowne Plaza Warsaw Zegrze Resort, a luxury hotel project led by Tobiasz and Monika Solorz near Lake Zegrzyńskie, expected to open in early 2029.
In Zielona Góra, a major cultural investment exceeding 21.7 million PLN is transforming the city center with the creation of a Culture District and an Urban Lab for youth. Additionally, the city is modernizing a football pitch with a new grandstand and catering facilities.
Other local developments include the expansion of the Dom Zdrojowy in Busko-Zdrój to enhance its year-round tourism capabilities, and the construction of new synthetic turf football pitches in Wrocław's Zakrzów and Leśnica districts. In Konin, the Galeria nad Jeziorem shopping center is set for expansion to include a gym and dining areas, while Wapnica has signed a 4.4 million PLN contract for a new community center. In Łomża, a local sports field is proposed for renovation through the Civic Budget.
