Zigo Rolanda elected as AMPI Chairperson at 10th National Conference

The 10th National Conference (Munas X) of the Angkatan Muda Pembaharuan Indonesia (AMPI), a youth wing of the Golkar Party, concluded in Jakarta on September 29, 2026. The conference resulted in the appointment of Zigo Rolanda, a member of Commission V of the DPR RI, as the General Chairperson of the AMPI DPP for the 2027–2031 period.

Zigo Rolanda ran as the sole candidate, receiving support from 26 regional leadership councils (DPD). He succeeds Jerry Sambuaga. The event was officially closed by Dito Ariotedjo, representing Golkar Party Chairman Bahlil Lahadalia.

The conference proceedings included discussions on the accountability report of the previous term and was noted for its political dynamics and internal debates among regional representatives. Muhammad Sarmuji, Secretary General of the Golkar Party, praised the participants for their political maturity in resolving organizational tensions to reach a consensus.
