Zilor and Azzas 2154 announce major financial developments

Zilor has announced a public offering of R$ 500 million in Rural Product Notes with Financial Settlement (CPR-Fs) through its subsidiary, Açucareira Quatá. The operation involves the issuance of 500,000 titles, each with a nominal value of R$ 1,000, intended exclusively for professional investors. Coordinated by Bradesco BBI, the offering follows an automatic registration process with the CVM.

Separately, BlackRock has increased its stake in the retailer Azzas 2154. The asset manager now holds approximately 5.013% of the company's common shares. BlackRock stated the acquisition is strictly for investment purposes and does not involve any intention to alter the company's control or administrative structure. This investment comes as Azzas 2154 undergoes a corporate reorganization to split its businesses into two independent listed companies, Arezzo&Co and SOMA.
