Zina Koutselini criticizes lack of support from media colleagues

Greek television presenter Zina Koutselini has expressed her disappointment regarding the lack of support from former colleagues following critical remarks made by journalist Poseidon Giannopoulos. Koutselini stated that while she is not personally bothered by criticism, she felt let down by the silence of Stamatina Tsimtsili and editor Mary Palialexis on the program ‘Happy Day’.

Koutselini emphasized that her primary concern is defending the younger staff members working alongside her, rather than her own professional image. She noted that she has personally endured much criticism throughout her career and feels a responsibility to protect new professionals in the industry. She confirmed that she has since been in contact with both Tsimtsili and Palialexis regarding the incident.
