Zinédine Zidane named coach of France national football team

Zinédine Zidane has officially been named the head coach of the France national football team. Following his induction, Zidane received a warm reception from supporters, expressing immense pride in taking over the position he has sought for several years.

Zidane is currently restructuring the technical and administrative staff for the national team. Journalist Xavier Giraudon is expected to take over media relations, replacing Raphaël Raymond. Additionally, legendary goalkeeper Fabien Barthez is anticipated to join the staff to oversee goalkeeper training. Zidane is expected to present his full staff, which may include approximately 25 members, at a press conference next month.
