Zinnov Awards 2026 recognizes leaders in India's AI-driven GCC sector

The 17th edition of the Zinnov Awards, held during Zinnov Confluence 2026, recognized 18 organizations and leaders across 10 categories for their contributions to innovation, leadership, and enterprise value creation. The awards highlight the evolution of Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India, which are transitioning from cost-arbitrage models to high-maturity centers focused on product ownership and global business outcomes.

Reflecting the theme ‘Winning the AI Race,’ the event introduced three new categories: AI Excellence, Ecosystem Synergy Award, and AI Innovation Vanguard. Data from the Nasscom-Zinnov GCC Landscape Report 2026 indicates that over 1,200 India-based GCCs now possess AI/ML capabilities, supported by more than 250,000 professionals. Additionally, 96% of GCCs established after FY2021 were founded with product or portfolio mandates, and 49% were designed as AI-first entities from their inception.
